Are or have you been exposed to heavy metals or chemicals in your work or life?

Do you eat less than 50% organic food?

 

(Women) do you have irregular periods, painful periods, and/or heavy periods (you need to change pads/tampons more often than every 2hrs and you live in fear of overflowing)? 

(Men) do you have low libido/erectile dysfunction? 

Do you have acne?

Is PMS ruining your life? 

 

Do you have bloating/flatulence/diarrhoea/constipation >50% of the time?

Do you use antibiotics or NSAIDs (e.g. ibuprofen, aspirin) frequently?

Do you have food intolerances/IBS/reflux/autoimmune disease?

 

 Do you have a healthy BMI (between 18.5 – 25)?

 Is your waist circumference >94cm (men) or 90cm (women)?

Do you have weight-related disease (osteoarthritis, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, sleep apnoea, gallbladder disease, PCOS, fatty liver disease)?

Scoring: If you answered yes to 1 or more questions from each section then you could do with a detox targeted at that category (section 1 = tired, 2 = toxic, 3 = hormonal, 4 = gut issues, 5 = overweight).
